Exchange/Return Policy

NON-FAULTY PRODUCT
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:
 Product must have been purchased via the www.tylarae.com online store
 Product must be returned in its original packaging. Items returned for an exchange or refund must be in their original condition and be shipped back in their original packaging. They must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened.
 Tyla Rae will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened product
 Original sales receipt must be enclosed (photo copies accepted)
 Unless otherwise indicated by Tyla Rae, product(s) MUST BE returned in its entirety to receive a replacement or refund (all straps, mirror, screen wipe etc.)
 A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order
 RMA requests after the 30-day period will NOT be accepted. Return packages without clearly marked Order ID number will NOT be accepted and returned at the customer's expense.
The product is mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA form; no return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured parcel post. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. Tyla Rae will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
There is a 30-day processing time for all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD. The cost of initial shipping and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
To request an exchange/return, please fill out the Exchange/Return an Order form. Subject to the provisions above, you will receive an RMA number and information on where to ship your product.

In order to return or exchange any item purchased from www.tylarae.com, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days upon receiving your order. You will need to provide your name, e-mail address, order id number (required) or original receipt copy (if purchased from a reseller), product(s) and reason(s) for return or exchange. Once you have received a reply from us, specific return instructions will be provided and must be followed. Please be sure to read and follow our return policy. To initiate a return or exchange, request an RMA through our Customer Service section by filling out and submitting the Exchange/Return Order form to info@tylarae.com

USA ORDERS: (Includes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, US Virgin Islands): Ship to USA return address (indicated on USA RMA form).

International Orders: Ship to USA return address (indicated on form).
